the English edition is called The New Venture Adventure.
The book provides answers to the important questions that
need to be addressed in the founding of a company. The objective
is a professional business plan that can convince venture capitalists,
strategic partners and, not least, potential customers of your business
idea.
The book does not assume special knowledge; business management
is presented in an easy-to-understand way. A case discussion provides

Legal and tax toolkit
Experience shows that most founding teams of young entrepreneurs are especially competent and innovative in technical areas. On the other hand, often they do not have sufficient knowledge about the law and taxes, which could possibly result in a start-up failing.
The handbook provides a clear perspective on legal and taxation issues that occur in the start-up phase of a company. Following the "lifecycle" of a company many examples, checklists and specimen documents deal with the following topics: founding and organizing a company, legal and tax aspects regarding operations, the participation of employees in the company and the financing of a venture.
The Toolkit is made available by Baker & McKenzie and can be ordered there. Please contact Ms. Claudia Schöttle, 044 384 14 14 or send your address information to claudia.schoettle@bakernet.com. Price: CHF 30.-- (including shipping)
