Nicole's main subjects are IT contracting and special outsourcing for banks, data protection project for a medical technology company, management of digitization projects for a major property management and marketing company.
Before, she was in-house legal counsel at SWITCH; long-standing in-house legal counsel of the leading Internet, technology and telecommunications company providing services to Switzerland’s higher education landscape and telecommunications services to the Swiss Internet community, established a legal service, optimized legal management processes, had a major role at SWITCHaai and takedown process for phishing/malware domain names.
Since 1998, she is lawyer and notary of the canton of Zug.
