What’s the best business advice you have ever gotten?
Don’t overthink things that could go wrong but focus on the positive-what happens if it actually goes right! When working in a startup, there are so many reasons to not move forward, and many reasons why it won’t work out because of the amount of obstacles one faces. But, if you focus on having a great USP, and great partners, then go for it.You’ll never walk as a startup, you need to go fast-the element of speed is critical.
What’s something you wish every entrepreneur knew?
Be ready to take all positions in your organization at any time. From strategy to clean-up. You also need to realize early on what you don’t know and be ready to hire specialists in those areas. Be aware of your own limitations, especially when it comes to skills like marketing, branding and sales, and make sure you’re surrounded by the right team.
