Véronique Stephan started her career as a consultant working for McKinsey. She then worked in the marketing department of L’Oréal before joining an internet start-up (surfEU). Heading marketing for surfEU allowed her to gain valuable insight into entrepreneurship, venture capital and small, developping company structure. After surfEU was successfully sold to a large internet player, she decided to move back to the corporate world and joined Johnson + Johnson consumer care division where she hold various roles in marketing, sales and business development with a focus on developing markets. Three years ago she moved to a global packaging company planning a big acquisition and where she now heads up the commercial function for Ball Europe promoting a consumer-centric approach for the company and the development of innovative solutions.
Véronique holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and a master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva and is fluent in four languages.
