Dr. Andy Schwarzenbach, M.A. HSG, studied economics at the University of St. Gallen and received his doctorate at Zurich University in media and communication sciences.
After his studies, he has worked for five years in an international management consultancy firm. His advisory activity led him to different cities within Switzerland and also to Germany, Belgium and South Africa.
In 2009, he founded the company HITZBERGER, and achieved his business idea of healthy fast food. He built the startup to a catering chain with ten restaurants and take-aways in Zurich, Bern and Basel. In 2017, he successfully sold it to Genossenschaft Migros Zürich, where he was responsible as Head of New Business for the integration into the Migros-Group. Today, he delivers with his own company BLACKRIVER Startup-Coaching & Consulting, acts as independent Board Member and is requested as Speaker & Lecturer.
