Andy Tonazzi

Andy Tonazzi is a passionate networker and entrepreneur. In his company, he is intensively involved in the topics of innovation, culture, technology and customer orientation.
Andy originally comes from a recruitment and HR development background and has been CEO of konplan, which was founded in Switzerland in 2007, since 2010. In 2012 he accomplished a management buy out and developed the team from 12 employees at that time to 120 employees today (2021) in Switzerland and Germany.
Through his activities in various networks, he is in constant exchange with new ideas, entrepreneurs, startups and technologies. His activities include being a member of the ""Industry and Technology"" committee of the Zug Chamber of Commerce, on the Advisory Board of Swiss Medtech Day and President of Technologie Forum Zug.
