Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Adaxia Capital Partners with over 25 years of experience in building and managing private equity and project finance funds in the energy transition sector. Previously an advisor to energy-efficiency financing funds and a consultant at Bain. As a board member as well as a member and chair of several investment committees, he has overseen numerous investments and successful growth companies and buy-and-build strategies.
The core focus areas include the digitalization of the energy transition - particularly AI-based applications for smart grids and smart buildings - as well as renewable energy, industry & environment (waste & water), and IT/media. Functionally, he is an expert in any aspects of equity and project financing, M&A, strategy, and venture growth aspects.
Bruno holds a MSc in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich and an MBA from Columbia Business School. As a private-equity investor, he setup several funds incl. a €200 million resource-efficiency fund in London, project financing funds and listed trusts focusing on several aspects supporting the energy transition.
He has served on multiple corporate boards and has a strong interest in smart grids/buildings, decentralized energy generation, storage solutions, ESCO models, and impact investing.
