Charlotte Lindsey Curtet

Charlotte Lindsey is a seasoned leader and advocate with extensive experience at the intersection of international law, humanitarian action, and emerging technologies. Charlotte is co-CEO of a cybersecurity start up, Neutrality Sàrl. She is a Subject Matter Expert (remote) with The Hague Center for Security Studies, and a Research Fellow (remote) with Berkeley Human Rights Center. She is also a consultant specializing on detecting and combating harmful information, emerging technologies, cyber policy and in relation to humanitarian action and digitalization. She was previously Director of Digitalization and Data, at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where she worked for nearly 30 years, and Chief Public Policy Officer at the CyberPeace Institute.
