Damian Zech is a Board Member, Advisor and Angel Investor with over 20 years of international leadership experience across Switzerland, the US and the UK. He has held senior executive roles including CEO and COO at Credit Suisse, Lombard Odier and Quintet Private Bank, and brings deep experience in scaling organizations and platforms in complex environments.
As an Angel Investor, Damian focuses on technology- and growth-driven start-ups. He actively supports founders as Board Member or Advisor on go-to-market strategy, scaling, product-market fit, organizational design, investor readiness and governance. He has been involved in growth financing, M&A and exit processes across FinTech, HealthTech and tech-enabled services.
His academic background includes a PhD in Physics (University of Zurich), research experience at IBM Research Lab and Stanford University, and executive education in Corporate Governance at INSEAD.
