Dr. Jan Amrit Poser is co-founder and Chief Sustainable Investment Officer of radicant bank
ag. Previously, he spent 21 years at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, where he held various positions
including Chief Economist, Head of Research, Head Asset Management & Sustainability,
and most recently Chief Strategist and Head of Sustainability. During this time, he also
served as an expert on the relevant sustainability committees of the Swiss Bankers
Association and FINMA, as well as on the Board of Trustees of the Swiss Climate
Foundation, among others. Poser is well known as a speaker at conferences and a
frequently quoted commentator on sustainable and economic trends.
