Frank has founded and scaled globally several tech ventures for Holcim in manufacturing, supply chain, order-delivery and recycling in the construction market. He built digital products to forecast demand, predict quality and maintenance. Frank co-founded HolcimMAQER, the open innovation, transformation and investment platform of Holcim.
Frank has a decade of experience in cement manufacturing including global responsibilities for thermal technology, emission reduction and plant automation. He established successful manufacturing performance improvement and energy efficiency schemes on all continents, leading remote teams.
Frank holds a masters in process engineering, a PhD in nanotechnology, degrees in leadership, change management and innovation and lectures in this field at ETH Zurich.
