Jana Essebier

Attorney at Law & Partner at Vischer AG. Jana Essebier specialises in banking and finance law. She regularly advises Swiss and foreign financial market participants on regulatory law and insolvency and restructuring as well as on litigious matters. One focus of her work is FinTech innovations, such as crowdfunding, mobile payment and blockchain, as well as providing legal advice to start-ups. In addition, she advises both financial market participants and investors on derivatives, structured products and other financial instruments.
