I am a former Senior Partner at McKinsey's Zurich Office in Switzerland and I am now focusing on helping companies as a Senior Advisor, Investor and Board Member.

I led McKinsey's Operations Practice in EEMA from 2019 to 2023 and spent 3 years in Japan from 2010 to 2013. My expertise and interest is in the Chemicals, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Advanced Industry Sectors where I have broad experience on strategy and operations topics incl. Digital, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics etc. I am also passionate about Sustainability and how the transition to renewable energy and renewable materials can create opportunities for incumbents and startups alike.
