Marianne Schnarwiler has been leading the Albert Koechlin Foundation in Lucerne since 2011. The interdisciplinary foundation is active in the fields of social affairs, education, culture, business, and the environment. Its main focus is on developing and carrying out the foundation's own projects, while also supporting third-party projects.
The business economist, who holds a licentiate degree from the University of Fribourg, previously held project-oriented positions with the Finance Directorate of the Canton of Zug, the Swiss Mission to the United Nations in New York, and Zuger Kantonalbank.
