He focuses on accelerating organic and inorganic growth, scaling diagnostics and life science businesses and creating value by translating scientific, technological and medical innovation into clinically meaningful and commercially impactful solutions and competitive advantage.

Michael works across the full value chain from ideation to commercialization, including shaping business strategy, aligning innovation, establishing product roadmaps, managing portfolios, selecting partnerships, executing design and development, achieving global regulatory approvals, to driving market introduction and customer adoption.
