Michela Puddu

Michela Puddu is a senior investment manager at Emerald, with focus on sustainable materials and circularity. Before joining Emerald, Michela has been an entrepreneur for several years. She co-founded and led as CEO the company Haelixa, commercializing the technology that she had developed during her PhD in chemical engineering at ETH Zurich. For her entrepreneurial achievements, she has received several awards, such as the EU Prize for Women Innovators and her work has been broadly featured (Fortune, Forbes, Le Monde, Wired, Tages-Anzeiger, and many others). She later worked as consultant in a boutique management consulting firm in Zurich, with focus circularity projects / M&A assignments.
