Olga Peters

Olga is responsible for the New Business Factory attracting startups worldwide to collaborate with ABB Motion as well as incubating internal ideas.
Prior to that, she co-founded QualySense AG in 2010, one of the successful Swiss start-ups in agri-tech, serving it as a CFO for 10 years. Olga shares her know-how in entrepreneurship, financial planning, fundraising, strategic marketing, leadership and personal development as a coach and a trainer at VentureLab Innosuisse program.
