Olivier Keiser

Throughout his career, Dr. Keiser has successfully led large P&L operations, launched new global business units, and expanded companies from regional players to internationally competitive organizations. As Executive Vice President at Songwon Industrial Group, he built and scaled the Fuel & Lubricant Business Unit from approximately $2M to $80M in revenue within three years, achieving strong margins and positive cash flow while establishing a global distribution and customer-facing organization. He also oversaw procurement and logistics activities exceeding $450M annually, implementing global sourcing strategies and supply chain improvements that delivered double-digit cost savings while safeguarding supply continuity during market disruptions.
In addition to operational leadership, Dr. Keiser has deep expertise in corporate transformation and strategic repositioning. His leadership has consistently focused on aligning innovation, market expansion, and operational performance with long-term value creation.
Currently serving also Board Member at iNUI Studio, and Reinert Sàrl. He advises organizations across different stages of growth—from start-ups to mature companies—on strategy, restructuring, international expansion, and commercial development. Dr. Keiser combines entrepreneurial thinking with disciplined execution, enabling organizations to navigate change, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning in global markets.

He holds a PhD in Materials Science from ETH Zurich and an Executive MBA from IMD Lausanne, and speaks several languages, enabling effective leadership in multicultural international environments.
