Scott Herrick

Scott is leading large scale programs and transformations. He has been working in the Target Operating Model (TOM) development (process, people, and tools) and IT Strategy development and leading teams of project managers and business analysts. His industry expertise is in Integrating Business, Change, and IT teams. He has agile and design thinking methodologies. He has had 24 years of experience, 10 years in banking and insurance and previously 14 years in research & development and consulting. He obtained his Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School (studies in Barcelona, Madrid, China, and Silicon Valley) and before his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Ohio State University.
