As founder and CEO of Ginkyo Innovation, he leads a strategic insights studio that helps organizations navigate complex transformations through innovation-driven approaches and human-centered methodologies.
His expertise was shaped during his tenure at the Global Fund, where he architected strategic initiatives while the organization scaled to US$ 4 billion in annual social investments.
Drawing from field experience with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and United Nations, Seb brings a unique understanding of social innovation challenges that bridges theoretical frameworks with practical implementation. His work focuses on strategic innovation for social enterprises, impact-driven organizational transformation, and scaling strategies for mission-driven ventures. This hands-on experience, combined with his multidisciplinary education - including an Executive MBA from IMD Business School, Masters in Cultural Anthropology, and Masters in International Humanitarian Project Management - enables him to evaluate ventures through multiple lenses of innovation potential, strategic viability, and social impact scalability.
