My passion is the conscious growth and development of companies, assuring that they have the appropriate financing to that end. Through my career, I have gained valuable insights and first-hand experience from different sides along the entrepreneurial process (investor, adviser, juror, interim manager and founder) on how to best enable this targeted development. This experience I now use to help my clients reach their objectives. To assure the appropriate financing, I look at and strive to improve with them critical aspects around strategy, leadership, organizational development, communication of a clear and understandable value proposition, Go-2-market strategy, scaling, financials and overall set-up, etc.
