Sylvia Polydor

Sylvia has a background in law and business. She provides legal advice to companies, including startups, during their foundation and expansion phase, in particular in the fields of IP, technology, data protection, corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions. She has gained legal experience at leading law firms as well as in-house. In her last role, she was Head of Legal in Switzerland for Myovant Sciences, where she played a key role in the biotech's successful buy-out and integration with the Sumitomo Pharma Group.

She also has a broad business understanding, among others, through prior experiences in finance at a Big Four company, marketing with a tech startup in Hong Kong, and as a member of the regional leadership team of a biotech company. Highly interested in innovation and people, she enjoys working hand-in-hand with customers on new projects to develop practical solutions while ensuring legal protection.
