Dame Tessy Antony de Nassau is a Businesswoman, Board Director, published children book author, UNAids Ambassador, Public Speaker, and Mother. She received her masters degree in International studies and diplomacy from SOAS University London.
Tessy is an associate at LSE ideas at the London School of Economics and the proud co founder of Human Highness - luxury sustainable fashion house specializing in couture capes, elegant dresses, and refined accessories - established in 2019.
Tessy is a best selling children book author and sits on several boards around the world.
Tessy is one of the top 100 women on boards 2025 in Luxembourg ( Paperjam, the biggest financial publication of Luxembourg) and has been a finalist nominated by NZZ Zurich as top shaper in sustainability in Switzerland 2025 in the category innovation and leadership.
Tessy is the Vice Chair of a Hong Kong based asset manager, and she is an executive board member at Elizabeth in Luxembourg. A 350 year old socially active organisation that takes care of more than 4000 beneficiaries from all social classes and origins.
Tessy is an ambassador for UNAIDS (Global Advocate for Young Women and Adolescent Girls) and is the patron to UNA-UK along with the creator of the UN Millennial goals (now sustainable development goals).
She received the Philo Asia Peace Award in the Philippines in 2024 and was bestowed the Dame Grand Cross of Order of Adolphe of Nassau from HRH Grand Duc Henri of Luxembourg in 2009. Moreover, she received the Woman of the Decade award from the Women Economic Forum in January 2017, the Humanities medal for spreading humanistic ideas worldwide and the Global Empowerment Award for her work in Africa. She was named “Leader of the Year 2019” by the Leadership Academy in Luxembourg.
