Yann Leclerc

Yann Leclerc is a Switzerland-based strategy and transformation executive and Director at Ad Valoris, advising senior leaders on governance, large-scale transformation, and performance acceleration. His career is anchored in 16 years at the International Headquarters of BRP Inc. in Switzerland, where he played a central role in structuring and scaling international operations as well as at consulting firms in Paris, France where he worked notably for Alcimed in the healthcare industry.

At BRP Inc., he led global strategic planning cycles, pricing governance, multi-country budgeting, and performance management frameworks across EMEA while collaborating extensively with North America, Asia, Australia, Russia, Brazil, and Latin America. He managed entire operational business units but also worked in developing the strategy for the international divisions and as such drove major digital transformation initiatives, including SAP and Salesforce deployments, strengthened order management and supply chain coordination, and introduced disciplined governance models to support sustainable growth. He built a strong reputation of people leader and transformational inspiral leadership and was a member of EMEA executive committee for many years.

Earlier, in Paris, he conducted consulting missions in education and served as Manager at Alcimed in the healthcare industry. Yann has worked and studied in Sweden, Canada, France, and Switzerland, shaping a strong multicultural mindset and global leadership perspective.
