We create a flavor loaded, juicy taste experience that does not mimic meat. Combining traditional fermentation and modern technology, we transform local, organic okara, a side stream from soy milk and tofu production, into marinated, ready-to-cook slices, chunks and patties. We build a plant-based, circular economy consumer brand with own manufacturing capabilities. We sell our products via wholesalers to food service clients and via stationary and online retail to end consumers.
