The fitness industry has been expanding very rapidly in the last 10 years which created a new fragile context in the relationships between gyms & coaches.
While the number of gyms increases rapidly, they spend too much time finding the right teams, technically competent, with right experience & and most of all the right mindset. On the other hand, coaches who are mostly independents, find themselves in precarious situations, with no long-term vision and too much time spent on prospection & admin.
