Luxury and high-value brands lose control once products enter the second-hand market: they forfeit revenue, customer egnagement, data. This structural gap creates incentives to make items less durable and more disposable. At HALA want to create an incentive for brands to increase its product duarability and reparability. To do it, we want to add a twist the ESPR’s Digitial product passaport. We want to make the DPP able to trace and monetize this market.
