Interprefy has developed an Internet-based platform for simultaneous interpreting at conferences and similar events. Current technology is outdated and the equipment used is both expensive and cumbersome to transport.
Interprefy's interpreting platform enables conference delegates to use their smart¬phones as headsets. They can either download a small mobile app or dial up a telephone number. Apart from a good Wi-Fi, no special on-site equipment is required in order to offer the service.
