Melanoma is the most aggressive skin cancer with a global market size of 3.45 billion USD in 2021. There is an unmet need for more therapeutical options, once standard therapies have failed. Lumaros currently has two compounds that show efficacy against melanoma, low toxicity and good bioavailability. These compounds are excellent candidate leads for further development into clinical therapeutic drugs.
